Champoluc Comfortable Spacious House for Skiing and Relaxing

Welcome to our cozy apartment in Champoluc! The house is in Magneaz, a nice small village 1700masl near Monte Rosa. Perfect for families, it accommodates up to 8 people. During winter, it's perfect for skiing with plenty of ski areas all around (or snowshoeing if you prefer!). In summer, it's great for hiking, there are awesome trails for pros or just for a walk. You'll find a nice apartment on two levels with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and big kitchen. The space Our house (“Casa Petronilla”) is a traditional 2 stories building built in stone/concrete/wood. The apartment is on two levels. It is easily accessible from the street. Very quiet. All rooms have windows. Entrance level: 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Garden level: big living room and spacious kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher available. We own the house since several years and are used to host it often, but we are new on Airbnb. We hope you will spend a wonderful vacation at Casa Petronilla! The Gianni Family. Guest access You will be able to access all apartment except one room where we will store our belongings. Other things to note Food in the valley is great (it’s Italy!). Try polenta with sausages or slow cooked meat. For vegetarians we recommend soup Valdostana with bread, onions and cheese, or just plain and delicious Polenta Concia (with cheese).
