The Signature at MGM Grand penthouse level studio balcony suite: - 31st floor on the Signature penthouse level in tower 1 - Private balcony open year round with amazing Las Vegas strip view - 3 pools, hot tubs, gym, concierge - hours vary by season - Full access to MGM Grand pool complex including the lazy river, dining, shopping, casino - Free valet parking - No additional fees - Must be 21+ to book (kids welcome!) The space Enjoy the luxury and convenience of staying on the Las Vegas strip without the cost of resort fees. Just a short 10 minute indoor walk through the MGM Grand to access the strip. Close enough to walk but removed enough to be private and relaxing. *Please note you must be 21 to make a reservation at the MGM Signature and your reservation name must match your ID (kids are welcome just the reservation name needs to be a person 21+). You will also be asked to provide a credit card at check-in in case of any room charges during your stay. The hold will be $100 per night up to a maximum of $300 and is released at checkout.* Your deluxe studio balcony suite is located on the 31st floor penthouse level in tower 1 of the MGM Signature. Please note, the MGM Signature has a strict no indoor/balcony smoking policy. Your suite includes 1 king sized bed and 1 sleeper sofa for a total of 4 guests. Kids are welcome! Amenities include: -outdoor pools open year round and heated to 80 degrees. - Access to the entire MGM Grand pool complex just using your room key. - Free wifi in room as well as around the resort (including the pools). - Free valet parking, gratuity is encouraged when picking up your car. - Coffee station stocked with regular and decaf, sugar and sugar substitutes, creamer, and tea. - Large bathroom with two sinks, shower, large jacuzzi tub with TV viewable from tub, and toilet - with phone for all of your important calls :), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available in large containers as you will find in most Airbnbs. Single use soap provided. Please bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc if you prefer. - Large flat screen TV viewable from both the king sized bed and the sleeper sofa. - Dry bar with ice bucket - ice is conveniently located down the hall near elevators. - Two-door closet with plenty of hangers, two drawers, ironing board and iron, programmable safe (can fit laptop in addition to other items). - Desk with amazing strip view, two desk chairs, one club chair, and loveseat (sleeper sofa). You will have the use of the microwave, fridge, toaster, and sink as well as the coffee maker. Please note, we do not allow use of the stovetop in our unit. Tower 1 at the MGM Signature is just a 2 minute air-conditioned, moving walkway away from the MGM Grand where you have access to all of it's amenities. In addition to the private amenities available only to guests of the MGM Signature. It is a 12 minute walk from the tower 1 lobby through the MGM Grand and out on to the strip. All with no resort fee! This is a privately owned unit and therefore you will not have access to The Signature housekeeping., we have our own private cleaning staff. The cleaning fee for this unit is $85.00 for your entire stay and is already included in the price you pay when booking. This cleaning fee covers 1 cleaning at checkout. Additional cleanings can be arranged for a fee. Please contact me directly to arrange. The MGM Signature has a strict no indoor/balcony smoking policy. Designated outdoor smoking areas are located near the pools in towers 1, 2, and 3. There are exterior cameras on the outside of the building monitoring balconies for smoking, so please don't smoke on your balcony. ** Please note that room service is not currently available due to staffing shortages. You can order food to go at Delights Deli in the tower 2 lobby.** Guest access Along with your deluxe studio suite with balcony, you have the use of 3 private pools and 2 hot tubs - 1 located in each of towers 1, 2, and 3, and a 24/7 fitness center located in tower 1 *please note that depending on the time of year it’s possible only 1 pool (always heated) and 1 hot tub will be open.. These pools, hot tubs, and fitness center are available only to guests of the MGM signature - all included in the cost of your stay. In addition to the amenities of the MGM Signature, you also have access to amenities at the MGM Grand, these include large pool complex with lazy river, world class shows - comedy, music, cirque du soleil, shopping, restaurants, spa and salon, and of course the casino! Other things to note Please remember that although you will be staying in a suite that feels like a hotel, this condominium is privately owned.
