"Tombelaine" gîte on the port of Cancale

29 m2 studio apartment located on the port of Cancale. The cottage is in an alley 50 m from the sea and has a small sea view. The perfect place to recharge your batteries while enjoying the picturesque setting of the port's alleys and the liveliness of the surrounding restaurants and bars. The space The vacation rental is located on the 1st floor in an old fisherman's house divided into 3 apartments. As it is a fisherman's house, the access staircase is short but quite steep. We draw your attention to the fact that at this particular time we do not offer the sheets that we usually offer as an option. Guest access The gîte comprises of: - an entrance with cupboard, - a living room with equipped open kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, mini-oven, microwave, coffee maker), washing machine and living room with sofa bed and flat screen - one bedroom with double bed and large closet - and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. It is possible to access the alley to load and unload luggage or groceries. You can then park in the paid parking lots of the port or in the free parking lot located on Rue Montenait, a 10-minute walk away. Free disabled parking is also available on Place du Calvaire near the gîte. Other things to note The cottage is equipped with basic necessities such as toilet paper, paper towels, coffee filters, sugar, salt, pepper, aluminum foil, household products, etc. We ask guests to clean up before departure. The 140 X 190 bed is equipped with 60 x 60 pillows, a mattress protector and a 220 x 240 duvet. We also offer optional end-of-stay cleaning at a rate of €50. A baby bed and chair are available on request. The arrival guide with the access map to the gîte to unload your luggage will be available on your reservation 48 hours before your arrival in the "how to access the accommodation" section.
