Apartment-chalet near Ocean

Come and enjoy the calm of the Médocaine countryside, in this small "chalet" ideal for a family with children: 20 hectares of woods and private meadows to let off steam, private garden, barbecue, games, all 5 minutes from the ocean, the largest natural lake in France and the largest vineyards in the world! All imaginable summer attractions are available to you: water sports, bars, restaurants, theme parks... not to mention the local terroir, of course! The space Calm and serenity, opposite a forest of several hectares, for your walks and jogging! The children's room is upstairs, but two safety barriers are installed. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment, you have a private garden, and you can park your vehicle in front of your home! Other things to note At the bottom of our countryside, the wifi is fluctuating to say the least, but we have prepared a very "cozy" connection space, with tables, chairs, electrical outlet, and this just a few steps from your apartment! An outdoor playground equipped for children (under the responsibility of parents) is also available to them! Please note modification in June 2020: due to the Covid 19 pandemic, and in order to respect social distancing, the common playground was not installed this year! It will not be installed in 2021 either
