Regular 140 bus to and from Portrush stops on Strand Rd outside. Accessed via a secure hallway and stairs. Private car parking on site. The space The apartment has its own parking space. Should you wish to self-cater during your stay, the kitchen is fully equipped with coffee pod machine, kettle, microwave, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. Washer/dryer for laundry. The bathroom has a bath and shower facility. Free WiFi and Smart TV. The 3 bedrooms (2 double, 1 single) will comfortably host 5 guests, ideal for family holidays. Just off the Strand Road, this top floor apartment is quiet and central to all local amenities with The Griddle Bakery next door and a grocery/newsagent round the corner. Guest access We have worked hard to make your stay as comfortable as possible, please enjoy. Other things to note The property has electric storage heaters, 2 in the living/kitchen and 1 in the hallway. You will need to turn the heaters on the evening before you need heat. The heaters will store heat overnight and release it during the following day. The bedrooms have electric heaters that provide immediate heat - please do make sure the curtains are kept away from the heaters. Thank you
