Home in Plymouth

Private room space on second level in a quaint home in the country just 7 min from Plymouth and 30 min from ND campus. One bathroom for all, I stay here when I have guests. 2 cats and me. Kitchen, grill and laundry available on site. Bonfire can be setup at special request weather permitting. No Hot Tub. Pool unfortunately sprung a leak and had to be taken down. Plenty of outside seating and to roam around my 1 acre yard. I smoke -but typical outside or in the back porch- weather pending. The space 1920's bungalow with kitchen, living room and my personal bedroom on the first floor. Upstairs bedrooms are a pass through with the furthest room having a locking door. The entire second floor will be rented to the same group 1-6 people. There will be no one upstairs you do not know during your stay. Guest access Parking is a private drive, 3 cars can fit comfortably if done correctly. During your stay Please - if more than 1 person. Provide me how many bed spaces you need so I can prepare. Longer stays of 3 or more may not be suitable for your needs. Can sleep up to 6 but is best for shorter stays due to living space. I do live in the space and do not leave when I have guests. My bedroom is on the main floor. I work from home as a realtor so I am home randomly, but can socialize at your comfort level. If you wish to be left alone - that's OK too. Upstairs room space has a couch and 2 smart TV's to relax alone. Guests are welcome to make coffee anytime. Bonfire set-up upon request with plenty of outside seating. You are welcome to wonder the grounds and sit outside anytime. Please note -I do have 2 cats and clean often. No guarantee cats will not be upstairs to see you. One room can be closed to pets as desired. The landing room - has a curtain to stairs but open to cats. Typically my cats do not see new guests. I do smoke- generally outside or in the back porch off the kitchen. Weather pending. No smoking ever in the guest spaces - upstairs/2nd floor. Other things to note Please be mindful that I have 2 cats. Don't let them out. Don't let the front door open too long. Shared Bathroom/kitchen. I stay here when guest arrive due to my cats. Upstairs is for guests. But free to be anywhere in my home. I smoke, but generally go outside or in the back porch off the kitchen. There is no smoking in the guests spaces -ever.
