A comfortable mattress (140cm x 200cm) and cosy bedroom, with fast internet. Green, quiet area about 20min walk from both the Train Station and the Town Centre. Free outdoor parking outside. There is a CAT called Max and you need to like cats. He will not go in your room. A shop selling fruit&veg in the same building, as well as a fitness centre, you can use and pay daily. Free tea & use of fridge, kettle, toaster, full kitchen. No smoking and no shoes inside the flat, please. The space A bright, sunny room with a balcony overlooking a park with trees. A lovely CAT called Max is in the same flat but will not use your room. Windows with blinds for a good sleep. Close to the Centre of town, the train/bus station and the big park called the Rowing Canal. No smoking in the flat. On the balcony, it is permitted. No shoes inside the flat, please. Guest access Shared access to kitchen and bathroom. We live in the same flat too. During your stay I speak fluent English and Spanish and enjoy interacting with guests. I am a host as well as a traveller and actively use Airbnb for travel myself.
