The primary bedroom offers a king size bed with a luxurious memory foam mattress along with top quality comfortable pillows plus a smart television for streaming apps & device charging station. The second bedroom offers a bunk bed with full size bed on the bottom and twin size on the top + device charging station. The top bunk will not be made but there will be a fresh bundle of sheets awaiting you. Closest Sound/Beach Access: Jockey Ridge Sound Access (Milepost 13). Dowdy Park, located at 3005 South Croatan Highway, offers five acres of recreation for every age and every ability. Free Wi-Fi is available. Pirates Quay is a short walk from the rental, where you will find boutiques, and restaurants. Take a left out the front entrance. Enjoy breakfast and coffee at Waverider's or have a wonderful lunch at Greentail's Seafood Market (close at 5pm). Guest access You will have private access to the entire ground level of the home with the exception of the owners closet. Please note the there are homeowners that live above and you might hear foot steps. Other things to note Please note the bathroom is located in the second bedroom (bunk bed room). You must enter and walk through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. What's Provided: Sheets, bath towels (no beach towels), and basic essentials (2-3 rolls of toilet paper, 1 paper towel, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, cleaning supplies, k-cups, coffee, sugar, few trash bags, dish soap and sponge, etc.). Plus 2 adult beach cruisers bikes to use at your leisure. Bike Code: 2552 If the tires are low, there is a bike pump located in the master bedroom closet. Beach Gear: Located outside the sliding door near the bikes. This property allows no more than 2 vehicles to be parked on lawn. If there are more than 2 vehicles $100 per vehicle per night will be charged. DOGS: Yes, we love dogs!!, and have generously opened our rental up to 1 furry friend UNDER 25 LBS at NO ADDITIONAL FEE. In return, we kindly ask dogs stay off furniture (beds/couch) and all linens, and guests provide dog beds or crates for their furry guests. Since we provide linens, it can take 2-3 washes at a time to get dog hair out, and triple the cleaning time and costs. If you have a puppy or a dog that isn't house broken, has a tendency to chew on things, or is shedding, please please keep dog in crate at all times when you aren't present in rental. When booking your dates, please let us know if you plan on bringing your furry family member and include the breed and weight - thank you! The unit is clean by a professional cleaning company. If there are any discrepancies upon arrival, please bring it to my attention.
