Located on the beautiful Kent coast, the property is part of a larger family home with an acre of garden and a heated swimming pool. Newly refurbished last year, the Annexe has 2 double bed en-suite bedrooms, a spacious lounge with high ceilings and a fully fitted large kitchen. The annexe has its own entrance and a small patio area. The property is located centrally in New Romney so you can walk everywhere to pubs, restaurants, shops, beach and we can provide cycles too! The space Single level annexe extension. 2 ensuite bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed, hanging space, bedside tables and lights and a fan is provided. The ensuites are both showers with heated towel rails. The lounge has high beamed ceilings and wood floors. Seating available for 4 and a dining table for 4. Wifi provided and a wood burner for cooler evenings. The kitchen is large and bright and is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and all equipment you may need during your stay. There is a separate entrance to the annexe and we are located on a quite road in the town. The swimming pool is a good size and is heated. The pool is only shared with our own family members. Guest access Parking is available for up to 2 cars. You can walk to all the local amenities including Sainsburys, pubs, restaurants and local shops. Other things to note There is a kids park and skate ramp just down the road and we are very close by to many attractions such as Dungeness, Camber Sands, Rye, Hythe and of course the Romney, Dymnchurch and Hythe railway.
