Guest access A vibrant blue door signals something special as you enter the main floor of the Artist's duplex. A new fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a bright garden//dining/office room welcomes you as you arrive. A half step brings you into the gracious living room with 9' ceilings, futon, red leather Lazyboy chair, 50" Smart TV, expansive west windows, and commanding Art. A short hallway to leads to 3/4 bath (shower, sink, and toilet) and tranquil bedroom retreat. Enjoy a charming backyard with large trees and flowers that attract birds, rabbits and butterflies. An umbrella covered outdoor table and chairs are yours to enjoy, along with a private deck for reading or a sip of wine. Other things to note Within the walls of a 130 year old home that has housed many families and stories, with floors that are uneven and stairs that creak, I have created a small town/urban oasis of modern comfort. Located in a neighborhood of older homes, with towering trees and convenient sidewalks is a mini-haven of contemporary design, a place to relax and retreat.
