New colorful and warm house of 70 m2, located in Les Martinières, very quiet place and not overlooked at the end of a cul-de-sac. 5 minutes by bike from Sain-Sauveur and 10 minutes by bike from the most beautiful beaches (Les Soux, Les Vielles...) 40 m2 stone terrace facing south. A well sheltered courtyard/veranda of 25 m2 and closed by a bay window if necessary to enjoy the outdoors even in bad weather. Outdoor shower Children's games in the garden (pirate boat) The space Warm and cozy interior, wood enhancement. House recommended for 5 people for comfort (but capacity 7 people max per stay possible*) For the bedrooms, Sheets provided! (fitted sheet, duvet cover and duvet for each bed) 1 bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm wide) 1 bedroom with a single or double pull-out bed (80 or 160 cm), + 1 single mezzanine bed safe for children. *As a bonus 1 double bed 200 x 200 in the mezzanine, nice surface but low ceiling height (attention: access by miller's ladder, no child safety, not recommended for the elderly, under your responsibility). 1 large kitchen with bar area 1 living room with a large corner sofa 1 dining area with square table 120 x 120 + 2 extensions (about 8/10 guests max) 1 bathroom with large shower (towels not provided). 1 separate toilet (1 roll of paper on arrival) 1 cellar (washing machine and dryer) We provide: laundry/softener, dishwasher tablet, dishwashing liquid, garbage bag. Water and electricity charges are the responsibility of the tenant on meter reading at the beginning and end of the stay, EDF/SAUR rate. 1 deposit check of €800 (accompanied by an ID) will be requested but not cashed! It will be returned at the end of the stay, against payment of charges and if no damage is found, as well as a minimum cleaning respectful of the house (see contract)!
