With excellent access to the beach and surrounding attractions this really is a little gem for a weekend away. The guest area has it's own private entrance via a small courtyard where you can relax in your own space. Your personal parking space is in front of the courtyard. The space No smoking. No pets. No parties. Quiet and mature aged singles/couples only. With its own private entrance and separated from the main house via a locked hallway door you will have your own private space consisting of: A Master bedroom complete with queen bed, walk in robes, en-suite with shower over bath and your very own private small outdoor courtyard. You also have your own cosy sitting area with a TV, sofa, side table, tea and coffee machine and refrigerator (Engel). Complimentary Tea and coffee, fruit and cutlery and crockery is provided. There are no kitchen facilities available, but there is a great selection of cafes, takeaways, restaurants and bars a short stroll away (0.5km). If you wish to cook your own food then there are public BBQ areas located along the foreshore a short stroll or car ride away. There are also excellent BBQ facilities a Meelup, Eagle bay and Yalingup beaches. Food vans operate throughout the year at the Old Dunsborugh boat ramp and Yalingup car park. WiFi available.
