Home built January 2017 with an open concept. Flooring in the common area's consist of tile and bedrooms are carpeted. The kitchen countertops are granite with stainless steel appliances and the kitchen available for your use with all untensils and small appliances. Fresh fruit and hot cereal available for breakfast. Miscellaneous teas, coffee, and bottled water available. Home owner request guests remove shoes in home. Also, no food or drinks allowed to be consumed in the bedrooms . Home is situated on a quiet culdesac which provides additional parking space. Home is approximately 8 +/- minutes to the main gate of Robin's Air Force Base and 5 minutes to Houston Medical Center (HMC). Upon arrival host will take the guests temperature to meet the CDC guidelines. Hand sanitizer is available for the guests use. Counter tops and table ate wiped down daily. Upon approved booking guest will receive a 4 digit code to access the home utilizing the keypad on the front door. Bedrooms are down the hall on the left past the living room and kitchen. For guests security and safety each room has a key to secure the room. Reminder upon checkout, please leave keys in the bedroom door. If keys are lost or missing a $25 fee will be charged to replace the key. I am available from 0800 - 2000 for any questions. I enjoy meeting people traveling through or moving to the local area whether it's a new job or visiting friends or family. I've provided this service for two years and have met wonderful people of all ages. I have lived here 6 years and enjoy the piece and quiet of the neighborhood. There are a mixture of cultures in the neighborhood. The home is located within minutes to shopping and food establishments. The best way to get around is by privately owned vehicle, UBER, Lyft, or taxi service is available in the area. This home does not meet ADA requirements since it is a private residence. Homeowner lives on site and available for questions or information. Note: Long term stays permissable once approved by Air BnB and Host.
