This studio apartment (60m2) is located in the amazing Sunset Hill Resort on Koh Phangan island's West coast. It has a sitting area, TV and home cinema system as well en suite bathroom and a large terrace with panoramic sea view. Each unit has an air conditioner and fan as well as refrigerator and wardrobe. The space By opening the folding doors you can extend the living area to the terrace. The apartments are equipped with a flat screen television, DVD/music system set in the front room and of course air conditioning, fan and wardrobe in each room. Because the apartment is located in the Sunset Hill Resort you have access to the resorts panoramic sea view viewpoint lounge where delicious food and drinks are served. You can also relax in the infinity swimming pool and our lovely reception team will help you with all your requests. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request (subject to availability). We have discounted rates for stays of 28 days are more (no breakfast included but can be added upon request). Guest access All guests have full access to resort facilities including: Infinity pool and pool bar, Viewpoint Lounge and Panoramic Sea View Deck, spa center with massage and holistic treatments, tour desk, free WiFi, motorbike and car rental, room service, concierge services and sauna complex (featuring steam, Finnish and infrared saunas) Other things to note The area is famous for yoga, health and detox as well as scuba diving and snorkeling. We offer private onsite yoga and meditation upon request and often times have group classes available to join. We also offer custom retreat packages - inquire for details For daily guests: Our housekeeping will clean your apartment daily. Water and electricity are included in the rates. For monthly bookings: Monthly rates include twice per week room cleaning and fresh towels and linens changed every two weeks. Bathrobes and slippers are also not included as well as amenities. Additional services can be provided for an extra fee. Electricity is charged separately at 8 THB per kilowatt. Rates are for one person but a second person can be added for an additional fee. Kitchen: Rooms are available with private kitchen facilities for stays of 7 nights or more by request basis for an additional one-time charge of 2000 THB.
