Complex Yassen is located at 70 m. distance from the beautiful coast of the largest BG sea resort Sunny Beach and at 5 min. walk from the center. The apt has a HUGE terrace, is air-conditioned with modern furniture, cooking amenities, stove, microwave, washing machine, TV & Free very strong WIFI. Located 150 m from the bus stop. We offer a free parking space which is a BIG advantage in Sunny beach as parking is a big problem here and cars get lifted by the local authorities all the time. The space Our apt is located in the award winning complex Yassen which won the prize for Best Marine hotel for 2011 and 2015 of the Tourism and Recreation magazine. There is a bedroom with a big bed, as well as a big foldable couch in the living room for 2 and another smaller couch. Guest access You will have free access to a huge outdoor swimming pool, children's swimming pool, children playground, fitness center, free car parking space. There is a restaurant with very reasonable prices and a supermarket in the premises of the complex. For your safety there is a 24 hours security and video surveillance. There are 3 aqua parks in (and next to) Sunny Beach. Other things to note For your convenience and safety I can arrange for you airport transfers with a smiling driver holding a sign with your name on.
