Javea Puerto Great Location with Sea Views!

This charming, remodeled apartment is in the heart of Javea Puerto. A small Garage parking space is included, only a block away. The apartment is only two blocks from La Grava beach and very close to all the beaches in Montanar 1, close to all the restaurants, bars, and shopping in El Puerto. You can walk to El Mongo Di Bongo, La Siesta, El Arenal, hike to the Cabo San Antonio, rent a boat, paddleboard, and much more. It is my favorite place!!! Feel free to email to ask me any questions. The space Our apartment is very crisp and charming with a clean and modern vibe. We hope you feel as refreshed and vibrant as we do when you wake up to the bright and sunny space! We have a sweet little lanai off of the living room area. We have also a garage next block but it is best for a very small car or car with a parking sensor. It is difficult to get in and out. However, I always park in the street:). I hope you join us on our Happy Place! Guest access You'll have access to a designated small parking space at a garage a block away. You also have the use of the entire apartment, which is 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and the great room which is the living room with TV, the dining area, the kitchen, and laundry room upstairs on the terrace. La Grava beach is only 5 minutes walk. Great location! Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking allowed in the building or on the roof. We also do not allow candles. You are more than welcome to use the battery powered candles in the apartment, though! We ask that you please be respectful of our downstairs neighbor, avoiding dragging the chairs on the floor and loud music late at night. It is much appreciated! Also, the will be an extra fee for pets between 10 to 20 euros per night.
