The minimum stay for the apartment is 32 nights. The space 1-bedroom beachfront apartment with comfy balcony and amazing sea views. The apartment sleeps 2 people in a comfortable double bed. The living room has direct access to the furnished balcony where you can take in the marvellous views of the sea. There is also a small open kitchen with Nespresso Coffee Machine, fridge, microwave and cutlery. A washing machine and a dryer can be found in the laundry room that is located downstairs. ( extra charge) We cater for travellers who look for comfort and as well as privacy and peace. At the same time, the location of the apartment means that you can enjoy the crazy atmosphere of Barcelona in less than 25 minutes. Relax and unwind while taking in the breath-taking views of the Mediterranean Sea. We offer several apartments in the same building. Guest access The apartment is self-catering. Weekly cleaning is not included in the rate. If guests require cleaning, they must request it in advance and pay the fee to confirm the service. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies they may need that are not provided in the apartment at the time of check-in. Laundry facilities are located in an outdoor space across the yard, easily accessible to all guests. The laundry room is equipped with two washer and dryer towers, ensuring good availability. Each machine operates at a cost of €4 per wash or dry cycle, not included in the stay rate. Other things to note There is no weekly cleaning included in the rate. The apartment is self catering, the guests must buy what they need and its not provided at check in, shall they need more things extra to the ones we already offer.
