One queen size bed, a huge couch which can be used as additional sleeping space for two adults and a pack and play. Full bathroom with basic essentials and clean towels for use. Living area and bedroom have smart TV’s. Pool table and Fussball table. Brand new kitchen with full sized fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, cups, sugar provided. The space Guests have the 1500 sqft basement to themselves, however, the circuit box is located in this space, in case a circuit pops we will enter with notification to our guests. Shared back yard with owners of the house. Parks all over the community within short walking distances. When checking out, please remove all trash and leave in front of the garage door. No smoking inside the house please! Guest access Free parking on the side of the road in front of the house. Other things to note Free use of fire pit and grill after communication :) We do not have specific “quiet hours” - Our portion of the house will be quiet between the hours of 9PM-7AM. We are not expecting to find our Airbnb spotless, however, please treat it as your own and don’t leave it a disaster area. Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
