Welcome to the apartment 'Im Roten Felde' in the middle of the Hanseatic city of Lüneburg. The apartment is on the first floor of an historic house from 1900, which was extensively renovated in 2014. The location is ideal: Quiet – yet a few steps from Lüneburg's historic old town. The space The street will be known to fans of the ARD series "Rote Rosen": two filming locations - the imposing "Hospital zum Graal" as well as the "Wilhlem Raabe Schule" - are located there. The house where the apartment is located also occasionally serves as a background in the series. The freshly renovated apartment is ideal for two people, even couples with a small child will feel comfortable - we are happy to provide baby cots and high chair. The bright apartment with high ceilings has a separate bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with kitchen and dining table as well as a new bathroom with shower. Well-maintained amenities include a stove, oven, fridge, capsule coffee machine, HD TV with cable reception, DVD player, a radio and of course a free WiFi. Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels as well as electricity and hot water are also included. You also don't have to worry about mineral water, dish soap, kitchen paper and toilet paper. The rental price includes the accommodation tax (Kurtaxe) in the amount of €2.60 per night that the city of Lüneburg has been levied since October 2015. Please note: The apartment was newly furnished in 2015 - it does not have a dishwasher (yet). The apartment is so central that you can discover Lüneburg on foot from here: The magnificent square "Am Sande" and the picturesque medieval alleys with its boutiques, bars and restaurants (five minutes), the theater (two minutes) or Lüneburg's wellness and adventure pool "Salü" (three minutes). From the train station, the apartment can be reached on foot in 15, with rental bikes in ten or by taxi in five minutes. Free public parking is mostly located in the immediate vicinity of the house.
