Coastal Retreat Menadarva

Menadarva is a historic 16th century Farmhouse on a working farm. Set in a quiet secluded valley yet only 5 mins drive from the main A30. An ideal place to stay to explore Mid and West Cornwall and coastal walks. Close to the beautiful beaches of Godrevy, Gwithian and Hayle. Approx 15 mins drive from the popular coastal town of St Ives. This listing has 2 separate rooms and is excellent for families or couples who know each other due to shared shower room The space There are two separate bedrooms, one has double bed and the other king size with double futon if required. Two friendly dogs and a cat live here but do not interact with guests unless invited to do so. Dogs sleep in the kitchen overnight. Kitchen and Sitting Room are NOT for guest’s use . Thank you for this consideration. Fridge in dining room for guests use if required. Guest access Guests will have shared access to shower room/toilet. Coffee and tea making facilities will be available in the room. Breakfast of cereals/toast/croissants will be served in paneled dining room. Guests do not have access to the kitchen, however there is a microwave in the dining room for guests use. Other things to note Listing could potentially sleep 6 people. Breakfast of toast/cereal/croissants/tea/coffee is available in the dining room. Tea/coffee making facilities available in bedrooms. Own transport is recommended as no local public services nearby.
