Our 'Happy Hut," is a cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom family vacation home with a bit of funk and character where casual comfort rules. We feature plenty of hang out spaces from the cabana courtyard to the lakeside deck with a hot tub. 18 hole golf course, pool, tennis courts, park and marina. 2 small dogs ok. Upon our discretion, as hosts, we may allow additional guests on a case by case basis. Each additional guests will be charge $50 per night. We reserve the right to refuse any quests over the SIX (6) total number who are found staying at the property without prior permission. Those guests will be asked to leave. Our Security Officer conducts house checks on a regular basis. We reserve the right to ask additional guests who are found staying in the house or camping on the property without prior approval, to vacate the property. We do have outside security cameras on the property. *Dogs are welcome. We do charge a non-refundable $25 per dog per night for cleaning fee per stay . TWO DOGS ONLY- small-medium breeds only. Must be house trained, and not left alone. Please pick up after your dog, both in our yard, and on the trails and pathways in front of the house. Poop bags provided. Crate available for kenneling. Very small yard, all hardscape, but completely fenced. *Key lock box for access. *Bikes available upon request. Helmets provided. *Paddle boards and Kayaks upon request. Life jackets provided. * Parking for a boat trailer. *No parties or large events on the premises *You will be charged up to $300 or more for any damage to the house. *There is a Non-refundable cleaning fee of $150 in addition to rental fee. *You will be charged $50 for lost keys. *CHILDREN MUST BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE HOT TUB OR THE POOL or at the beach!!
