The condo is one of the nicest condos in the Mountainside complex - being a corner unit you get lots of natural light and stunning mountain views! Watch the snow fall or leaves change from the kitchen window or the patio that backs to a protected open space that the moose love! Plus you have views of Peak One and the entire mountain range! The condo has ample storage for all your guests and gear with ski racks and boot warmers included. Plus, the dryer is a nice perk to dry off your wet clothes before you hit the hill again the next day. The complex is one of the best in Frisco featuring covered parking directly under our unit, with additional parking in front of the building. The clubhouse was redone in 2020 and features 3 outdoor hot tubs, 1 indoor hot tub, indoor pool (HEATED), sauna, steam room, locker room, indoor pickleball court and and outdoor tennis court (summer). Truly one of the best locations in Frisco - you back to the National Forest for all your outdoor activities while being less than 1 mile to Main Street Frisco which is a quintessential Colorado Mountain town featuring everything from restaurants and bars to bookstores and coffee shops. Additionally, you are about a 5 minute drive to Walmart and Safeway grocery store, all while being 10 minutes away from I-70 for easy access to bother Denver Airport and all the ski hills. Below are drive times from the condo to the following world class ski resorts - again a terrific condo in an amazing location for you to enjoy all your activities! Breckenridge Ski Resort - 14 minutes Keystone Ski Reort - 19 minutes Copper Mountain Ski Resort - 12 minutes Arapahoe Basin Ski Resort - 26 minutes Vail Ski Resort - 30 minutes We are steps (literally 0.25 miles) from Temple trail, a paved bike path that you can ride directly from our condo in either direction to either Vail or Breckenridge. Additionally, just past the bike path is a world class hiking trail system that again spans from Breck to Vail. A couple of our favorite hikes are Rainbow Lake (a short 15-30 minute hike to the lake from the condo), also the ten mile trail traverses the entire range and hiking from our condo to Breck along the trail is amazing! We do this several times a year - TIP: you can catch the Summit Stage Bus in Breck and ride it back to Frisco!
