It has a work space with fast Wifi, and garaging for 1 car, with direct access to the stairs to the apartment. For safety reasons children are not allowed. The space The apartment is fully equipped and provides a comfortable home from home with full satellite TV and Wifi internet. All rooms lead onto a large deck with stunning views of Green Point, Robben Island and Table Bay. The deck has a table and chairs for eating outside, and loungers for relaxing. The living space consists of a dining and lounge area. The bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite bathroom. There is a separate toilet off the living area. The kitchen has a large fridge, two plate induction stove and a microwave/convection oven and is fully equipped. There is a work space and fast Wifi internet. There are 39 steps to the apartment. It has a separate private entrance and all areas are for the sole use of guests of this apartment.For safety reasons children under 12 years of age are not allowed. Other things to note In general Green Point is a safe area but as with all cities precautions should be taken. It is close to the V & A Waterfront (20 minutes walk) and many of the other tourist attractions in Cape Town.
