This lovely 2 story cottage with a private deck off the upstairs bedroom is a great place to enjoy the coast. The beach is a few walking blocks from the cottage. The cottage is suited for a family or couples getaway. There is a great open living room to sit by the fire and watch a movie (TV for streaming only), with adjoining dining area to enjoy a meal or playing board games. The huge yard is perfect for outdoor yard games. New fast Nest router connects to smart speaker, thermostat and TV. The space There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds (1 up and 1 down) and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds (up). 1 full bath downstairs and 1 full bath upstairs. The kitchen, dining and living room are all downstairs. The kitchen has all the dishes, utensils, and pots/pans you will need. Lots of vehicle parking and WiFi available. Smart TV has Netflix but can be used for your other streaming services. Available extras include: yoga mat, sand toys, and outside grill. Guest access My cottage is yours to enjoy while at the beautiful coast! There is plenty of parking in front of the garage and behind the house at the entrance door. You may find that parking behind the house is easiest for loading and unloading your car.
