Campervan - Cozy OceanCamper® roadtrip in Portugal

We are OceanCamper®, a small campervan rental company based in Faro! This is our cosy Vagabond campervan from 2020/21, designed for two people. It is fully equipped and includes everything for cooking, dining, a cool box, outdoor shower, camping table and chairs, a comfortable double bed, and either sleeping bags or a double duvet. The van is easy to drive, and fits in any parking spot or road. It is possible to make late self-check-in and early self-check-out. Guest access You will pick up this camper in Faro near Airport, and you are free to travel to any place you wish. Other things to note We are OceanCamper®, a little campervan rental in Faro! Vagabond OceanCamper® Van:  a cosy mini-camper that offers you all the comfort of good sleeping, cooking, and outdoor shower, and is super handy to drive!  This is a Renault Kangoo Maxi  (long version) from 2020/21 with two seats in the front and a complete set of camping equipment. A bed with a comfortable mattress (190x140) is located in the back of the van. Below the bed, there is a kitchen drawer, water deposit, and sufficient space for your luggage, surfboard, and camping equipment provided by me. If you need, you can transport surfboards on the rooftop bars. There is a small roof window at the top of the car with a mosquito net, providing you with fresh air while sleeping. Additionally to the general illumination, there are cozy lights located around the bed that provide a comfortable atmosphere in the evening when it's dark. During the check-in, I will provide you with tips and information about camping, surfing beaches, and must-see places. In summary, this offer includes: --> The van as seen in the photos from 2019-2021, with AC, cruise control, electric window openers, a powerful and fuel-efficient diesel engine (manual transmission; 90HP; consumption 5-6 L/100km Diesel), 12V cigarette lighter socket, 2 USB plugs, and parking aid --> Camping table & 2 chairs --> 80 Lt water tank & outdoor shower --> Radio: Bluetooth, USB, and Aux --> 2 towels --> Bedding including pillows, bed sheet, and warm blanket --> Body & hair wash and detergent for dishes (all biodegradable) --> Camping gas cooker --> Cool box --> All necessary dishes and tableware for eating and drinking (plates, pot, cups, mugs, cutting board, knives, forks) --> Coffee maker --> Wine bottle opener --> 200km/night (add more km with extra insurance package) ********************************************************************************* CHECK-IN: ******************** --> Check-in location: shop Ocean Camper, Faro), located 1.8kms distance from Faro airport, you can reach us by Uber/Bolt, taxi or walk (20min). --> The regular check-in time is 15h00 - 17h00. --> Check-in before 15h00: Only in case if your car will be free and clean already in the morning, we can make check-in earlier, and it is for free. We will inform you about this possibility one day before your arrival. --> Check-in after 17h00 (self-check-in): pick up your van by yourself in front of our shop, with a €20 self-check-in fee. We must finalize all check-in documents and security deposit arrangements in advance. CHECK-OUT: ******************** --> The regular check-out time is 9h00 - 11h00. --> Check-out before 9h00 (self-check-out): A. Leave your van by yourself in front of our shop, for free. B. Self-check-out at the airport: leave the camper by yourself at the airport (extra 49€). --> Check-out later than 11h00 is only possible if there are no next booking for your car for the same day. One day before your check-out we would be able to tell you if this is possible and it will be for free. (in summertime is not possible). Therefore, tell me in advance and I will reserve your items for you. ------------------------------------------------- OUR REQUISITES: 1)The driver must hold a valid driving license for at least 1 year at the time of arrival. Drivers under 23 years old are required to purchase additional YOUNG DRIVER insurance. 2) Be a responsible & careful driver. 3) Practice sustainable camping, leaving NO waste in nature. ------------------------------------------------- EXTRA COSTS: • Used gas bottle: 3€ • Return empty water tank refill: 5€ • Use of paid highways: one-time activation fee of 15€, plus driven tolls. If you want to avoid driving on highways, there is always an alternative road for free • Diesel deposit not full during the check-out: 30€ refilling fee + the diesel costs x 23%VAT. • €29 cleaning fee (applicable if the vehicle is returned excessively dirty inside and/or outside) • Pet fee: 50€ ---------------------------------------------------- INSURANCES OPTIONS: -> BASIC (price: for free): Security deposit: 1500€; You pay max. 1500€ in case of a damage to the vehicle. One driver is permitted. Damages to glass and tires are not covered. -> ADVANCED (price: 15€/night): Security deposit: 400€; You pay max. 400€ in case of a damage to the vehicle. Damages to glass and tires are 100% covered. Two drivers are permitted. -> COMPLETE (price: 29€/night): Security deposit: 200€; You pay max. 0€ in case of a damage to the vehicle. Damages to glass and tires are 100% covered. Two drivers are permitted. Driver must hold at least 1 year the driving license. -> YOUNG DRIVER (price:10€/night): Driver(s) younger than 23 years old.
