Cottage in Eagle River

Located just 65 feet from the shoreline of Dam Lake on the Sugar Camp Chain, this cottage boasts a perfect sunrise view looking east. Your pier is only steps away and your boat is welcome, or just enjoy the 400 feet of sandy shoreline and the surrounding Northern Highland-American Legion State Forest just minutes south of St Germain and Eagle River, WI! Formerly part of the 3D's Resort and currently in Bear Paw Vacations Homes, this cottage will build memories for years to come for your family. The space The entire space is yours to use (it's 700 square feet- so think cozy lake cottage), with parking right behind the 4 pine trees adjacent to the cabin. During the summer months, there is an aluminum pier and aluminum boat with oars available for your use, or you can bring your own boat to your dedicated dock space. It is a shared pier with cottage #8; you can dock your boats on the right/south side of the pier and/or the end of the pier. The beach is located literally outside your door. If you bring a boat, make sure to familiarize yourself with WI boat regulations. https:// widnr. widen. net/s/0vw8hwrae3 BoatRegulations.pdf Guest access You have access to the complete cottage, parking behind the cabin (2-3 cars immediately outside the cottage; boat trailer parking in front of or up the gravel road near the Rec Room, which is west of the cottage next to the playground), the beach, shared fire pit, private charcoal grill, private deck and picnic table, our deck box with tools and toys for the grill, beach, and lake, a few lifejackets, 1 sit-in kayak, 2 sit-on kayaks, 3 kid kayaks, and 1 SUP (keys for all are inside the cabin), an aluminum fishing boat (you can rent a motor from St. Germain Sport Marine), as well as a shared pier and dedicated dock space. Guests will need to bring ALL towels (kitchen, bath, beach), any desired toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. The first roll of toilet paper and paper towels, as well as the first garbage bag, will be provided. There may be extra garbage bags under the sink. Liquid dish soap and hand soaps will be provided. Other things to note This cottage is absolutely adorable. Right on the water and has all the old-school charm of the north woods cabins of yesteryear.
