The space THE VILLA The classic-inspired design as you enter the villa instantly welcomes you with a peaceful atmosphere, inviting you to explore this spacious 550 sqm villa. Beautifully made furniture is seen throughout the house. The meticulously kept private garden and pool (which can be heated upon request for an additional fee) offer a wonderful relaxation area, featuring a huge covered terrace with a separate dining table, lounge area, and outdoor charcoal barbecue. The garden can accommodate at least one lounger per guest for the perfect pool hang. The basement has a huge sauna for 6-8 people and a lounge/disco/screening room with a 75" home cinema Smart TV, disco lights system and a bar area. You will also find a 600MB fibre optics Internet connection with both short and long-range Wi-Fi signals to reach all the house and garden. FIRST FLOOR On this floor, you’ll find 3 bedrooms, each with a centralised AC/Heating system. 1 master bedroom with a king-size bed, 65" SmartTV, wardrobe, and 1 en-suite double bathroom and direct access to an open terrace with partial sea views. A second double bedroom with capacity for up to 4 single beds, a 40" TV, an en-suite bathroom and direct access to an open terrace with partial sea view. A third double bedroom with a double or 2 single beds, en-suite single bathroom and view of the garden and the mountains. The first floor has its own centralised AC/heating system. GROUND FLOOR 1 double bedroom with a double or 2-3 single beds, an en-suite single bathroom and a view of the private garden. The ground floor has its own centralised AC/heating system. BASEMENT The basement adds to the overall excellent feeling of the villa: - 1 large bedroom with natural light, individual AC/heating, room for 2, 3 or 4 beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. - A second double bedroom with natural light, individual AC/heating, 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. - A sauna for 6-8 people and a shower room. - A multi-purpose area to use as a kid's playroom, lounge, screening or disco room, with a 75" SmartTV and music synced lights. - A bar area. Guest access This is a private villa; the guest will have full access to all of it, except for the underground garage (used as a storage room). Other things to note Villa Alzambra 3 has 6 ensuite bedrooms. Each bedroom description can be found in the Airbnb photo caption. The standard capacity is 12 guests. We can host 18 guests, setting up to 6 extra beds inside the largest bedrooms. Up and up 24 guests by adding extra beds and sofa beds in the basement, screening and bar rooms. The larger your group and the longer your stay, the more constrained the space may feel. Additionally, hot water and electricity supplies could be affected based on overall usage. Lastly, we can only guarantee sunbeds for the standard capacity. We have hosted large groups many times, provided they acknowledge and accept the above. If you're uncertain about the final group size or want to allow for potential last-minute cancellations, you can book for a smaller number of guests initially. You can then add more guests up to a few days before check-in and pay any additional fees for them upon arrival. The heated pool is available upon request for an additional fee. One hairdryer is available per bathroom. Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for an additional fee and is subject to availability. DJs or outdoor music are not allowed. The villa has a sound system that can provide music outdoors without bothering your neighbours.
