Your newly renovated and modern furnished apartment offers a separate living room, a bedroom, the bathroom as well as a practical kitchenette and is ideal for 2 people. The large garden invites you to linger with sun loungers, the cozy barbecue corner or a table tennis table. The space The cozy 30 sqm apartment is located on a quiet side street in our 1000 sqm garden. The garden is fenced and separately accessible, as is the apartment itself. A living room, a bedroom, the bathroom and the kitchenette are located here. The living room is equipped with a comfortable 3-seater sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed, a dining table with 2 chairs, a flat-screen TV and a Bluetooth radio. In the bedroom, there is a 180 x 200 cm box spring bed and a chest of drawers. The bathroom offers a walk-in shower, toilet, towel rack and hair dryer. The kitchenette is equipped with a sink, double hotplates, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and utensils for 3-4 people.
