Burgos St., in the heart of Poblacion, Rockwell, F&B area attached in ranges w/ 5-10 minutes walk only. We provide almost everything needed for guests as like in home, ideal for travelers or a business trip. Drinking water is also included. Ticketed Parking is possible in our lower basement and to be paid following instruction from guards; free-access for short-time unloading is negotiable, pls inquire first. Guests could do self-check-in w/ our digital door lock, no need to exchange physical key on first arrival. The unit is located in high floor, so, even it's in the heart of Makati, you could experience highly-reduced noise level from street. This is further enhanced with extra noise-reduction material, allows even quitter in the unit . You will enjoy plenty natural light through our floor-to-ceiling glass panels. There's an Juliet type Balcony (not accessible), providing extra scenic feels. Unit is setup in a relaxing home-like style, fully & Ideally equipped for longer-stay, with a stand-alone quality 4-places electric burner stove plus a built-in oven, inter-circulating range hood, medium-sized refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, basic rice cooker, basic cookware, bakeware, and quite enough utensils for our guests. There’s an queen-sized bed, bedside reading lights, power cord extension is also provided for your convenience. We have a flat panel TV with SKY digital box & HDMI cable. You could connect it to your own HDMI sources as well. PLDT 100 Mbps Wi-Fi & free local land line is ready for a business trip. For our valued guests, we installed a very comfortable "Twin-inverter" LG air conditioner. If booked for “third guest”, we will offer extra setup with our three-seater sofa-bed, convertible to a prince-sized bed with suitable bedding material setups. It also features a hotel-style bathroom with a full-sized bathtub, shower curtain, water heater, good branded toiletries & supplies, a ground-breaker-protected hairdryer, and many more to find there. Once booked with requirement provided, guest will be provided full information, a door lock access code, our building protocol /house rules, for your best stay experience. (If guest is familiar with “August” APP on a smart phone to access our door lock, we will assist you for that. It gives Bluetooth to door lock with your smart phone during your stay. Guest access Our place is a privately-owned high level unit in a condotel building, accessible Swimming pool, Gym on high floor (under Covid, limited open time since Dec 15-2021) bookable function-room, massage service and a really good buffet restaurant (the famous "Illo's", at lobby, cash only). Digital door lock with entry code for a keyless entry anytime within booked period. Clean, quite stay w/ privacy, sincerely hosted with care , reviewed by our hundreds guests in the past. View-deck is on SR-Floor, Guests could access to the Swimming Pool/Gym, also a smoking lounge, avails in daytime only, need a white accessing card. Please be noted that we commit to our visitor an ideal space for stay in Makati. So, cooking smelly spices/smelly fruits/smelly snacks/ deep oil frying include dried fish or similar materials is “PROHIBITED” in the unit. Smoking cigarette is "STRICTLY" prohibited inside the condo or building public/street areas. Please proceed to SR-floor to smoke in a designated smoking lounge. Barangay/Police officers often gives fine-ticket to smokers on adjacent public streets. If in the case of violation of house rules, our guest might be charged for extra cleaning cost, if observed resulting significant pollution/residual smoke/smell upon checkout. There will be filed-case in Airbnb website for said violation/damage. Other things to note Please be noted for we don't allow guest to open window/door with aircon ON. This is because the room will be extremely wet if doing so, also causing aircon icing. Icing in aircon could cause aircon tube crack and high cost to repair/replace.(it happened before) Guest must turn off the aircon before open window/door if it's for a longer time of ventilation, for example, when cooking food. Good restaurants are everywhere in our Poblacion area, just walk on streets around P. Burgos Street and Makati Ave.. -Grocery supplies: a Korean Grocery store located in our building "LG" Floor, in front we have 7-11 or 8-min-walk to Century Mall. Laundry shops, Money Exchangers, Plenty choices of almost everything are here for you < 5-10 min walking range. Please be noted that: [ smoking cigarette or cooking with commonly recognized smelly spices/fruits/food, dried fish, deep oil-frying ] are all prohibited in this unit. And, with such a pollution/residual smell caused, our guest may be charged or receive a case in Airbnb for extra cleaning cost. Charge will be based on how the pollution/smell is observed after check out.
