The Annex ( with Sauna )

Self check-in is available if required. Self contained annex with spacious, south facing bedroom with access out to the garden which guests can use. We are 2 minutes walk from the river and can direct you to nearby hills and lochs where scenic walks can be enjoyed. There is a cosy, friendly pub just round the corner which serves home cooked meals all day. They welcome "muddy boots, kids and dogs". We are dog friendly too so please feel free to bring your well behaved dog along. The space The Annex is attached to my home and has an interconnecting door as well as its own entrance. Bedroom has an en-suite shower room and sauna which is available for £10 per use (approximately 1 hour) Bedroom is accessed up 5 wooden steps. Guests have their own patio area to sit out in. Barbecue is provided but guests need to provide coals. The kitchenette has a small table and chairs, kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and basic washing up facility. Please note, there is NO COOKER OR KITCHEN SINK but I do provide a plastic basin, drying rack and washing up liquid/cloth. It is a ten minutes walk into town where you can find a cash point, Co-op supermarket some cafes, shops, chip shop and Indian restaurant. Guest access - Two space car parking area - Access to a secure garden with patio area. Other things to note Unfortunately we have had to increase our price to cover the cost of applying for a Short Term Let licence which is now a requirement of the Scottish Government. PLEASE NOTE Due to the high electricity price, any excessive use will carry an extra charge. We ask guests to please switch off heated towel rail, kitchen heater and one main heater when they are out for the day. There are no cooking facilities apart from a microwave oven. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and breakfast biscuits are provided. Local pubs and cafes within easy walking distance are open early if you prefer a cooked breakfast. If I can do anything to make your stay a wee bit more special, then please don’t hesitate to let me know. Well behaved dogs welcome but no pets allowed on beds or furniture.
