The space This is a big house with lots of space! Ground floor: There is 1 half step at the front door. Lobby, hall, sitting room, dining room, breakfast room, fully equipped galley kitchen, laundry / WC, antique furnishings, gardens, outside seating and dining. 1st floor: 3 King bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, antique furniture, Egyptian cotton linen. 2nd floor: 1 Super-king bedroom and 1 3/4 bedroom, luxury bathroom, Egyptian cotton linen. There is also a portable bed that can be located in any of the larger bedrooms, or elsewhere in the home. So the home sleeps 9, increasing to 10 if the portable bed is used. The bathrooms are configured as follows: - ground floor WC and hand basin (shared with the laundry) - 1st floor bathroom 1 with walk-in shower, WC and vanity - 1st floor bathroom 2 with shower, separate bath, WC and vanity - 2nd floor bathroom 3 with free standing bath, separate walk-in shower, WC and double vanity. There are front and rear gardens, seating and dining areas and off street parking for two cars. In the colder months the garden furniture is dismantled and unavailable for use. The house is more suited to guests that will respect the peace and tranquility of the neighbourhood, and is a condition of booking. The host is overseas currently.
