Home in Liverpool

My home is a terraced house in a nice street just south of the city centre. It is ideal for a couple or a single person. You will be sharing the house with the host. The space Standard double room, double bed, cupboard and desk provided. Room has central heating and double glazing. Guest access Guests will have access to Wifi, bath/shower room, kitchen, dinning room, washing machine. During your stay I am more than happy to chat and spend time with guests. However a free babysitting /clean up after/ job finding/ rent a friend/ language school service is not part of the deal. I also work full time and there are times when I like some privacy Other things to note Please be aware you are essentially renting a room in a shared house. You will be sharing the facilities with the host. If you are expecting a five star hotel on the cheap, you have come to the wrong place. If you looking for a budget alternative to expensive hotels, this might be an answer. I do my best to keep the place clean but there is no maid service and guests are expected to clean and tidy up after themselves, especially in the communal areas.
