Description
IL CROCIALE DI SERGIO" is an ancient dwelling of 1300 in the heart of the Medieval village of the Medicina country. Totally restructured and cured in the particular minimums maintaining to from Tuscany original characteristics with beams in wood and pavements in cooked. This one is divided into 5 apartments. Every one can entertain from 2 to 6 people and is composed from kitchen/living room, bedroomroom and deprived bath. The space PAOLO'S apartment is located on the first floor. The entrance is shared with the apartment Valentina (both are on the first floor). At the top of the stairs there are the separate entry doors of the two apartments. This apartment consists of a kitchen / living room, a double bedroom, a double sofa bed put in the kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove + electric oven, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, satellite TV. It is also possible to use the washing machine and dryer which are located in a common area outside the apartment. Outside, shared barbecue. Bed linen and towels are provided entirely. PAOLO's apartment can accommodate 2/4 people but in case of larger groups there is the possibility to rent more than one apartment as the structure in which this apartment is located contains 4 more apartments (apartment Valentina, Beatrice, Nadia and Carla) Guest access The whole apartment is for your own stay Other things to note Medicina is a small and delightful medieval village with few inhabitants. It does not have food shops, so I recommend to shop in Pescia(the nearest town,10km far away from medicina), where there are many supermarkets always open, even on Sundays: Lidl, Esselunga, Coop. In Pietrabuona(the nearest village,5km far away from Medicina),there is a good butcher, the restaurant Da Nerone (closed on Wednesday), a chemist's shop, post office and a a grocery store (open on Sundays morning too)
