La Régordane accommodation with pool and HOT TUB

Pretty renovated farmhouse, all-wood interior, located in a quiet area. Located 500 m from a greenway connecting Le Puy en Velay to Landos; 8 km from a natural lake and next to the Regordane hiking trail (Le Puy en Velay to St Gilles du Gard). Shared pool with our family (open from early May to late September) NEW: Therapeutic SPA year-round (see other notes below) The entire accommodation is located above our residential house. The space It is a typical farmhouse in the area, completely renovated with a lot of wood trim inside the listing. And plenty of space both inside and out. Guest access The summer kitchen towards the pool is shared with the owners as is the pool. Other things to note NEW: Therapeutic HOT TUB 2 people 1-hour rate: €25 per person all year round 1-hour free session for 2 people for rentals of 2 nights minimum from early October to end of April (excluding pool opening period) security deposit of €300 requested at check-in. possibility of bed linen rental (€10 per person) and cleaning fee (€60)
