Private, spacious double room in Draycott, Derby

Private double room located on a quiet street in the peaceful village of Draycott. The space This newly decorated, spacious room includes a comfortable double bed, a 40" TV with freeview, Wi-Fi and a work desk. The house is located on a peaceful street and there is free parking available on the drive. Guest access Guests will have access to their own private double room, plus a shared bathroom and kitchen. During your stay Guests will have as much privacy as they wish but I'll always be on hand to help, usually in person as I live here, but if not then by phone. Other things to note I can usually be flexible with my check-in times, especially at the weekends. An earlier check-in is definitely an option with me but please ask about it first.
