Cozy guest room with private bathroom

Cozy attic room (air conditioning!) with private bathroom is looking for a sympathetic and considerate part-time resident. Ideally suited for commuters who go home on weekends. It has a bed, 1.40 x 2.00 m, a wardrobe, a shelf and a storage space for luggage/bag. Outside the room, the guest has their own small refrigerator and a counter for smaller snacks or the like. The space The cozy accommodation is located in a quiet but still relatively central residential area. You can walk to Edeka, the Angertal (nature reserve) or the beautiful Ratinger city center. Outside your room, we may use a small area in parallel - but mostly rather anticyclically; my office is on the same floor. Attention: The room is only suitable as a home office in exceptional cases. The floor of the bathroom is nice and warm thanks to underfloor heating. Your room faces the garden. The whole house is cleaned about every 2 weeks - including your areas - and the windows every 3 months. Guest access When you enter the house, you go through our shared staircase up to the top floor, which is mostly used by you alone. During your stay Since I live in the same house, feel free to contact me if you have any questions or are missing something. The room is only suitable for home office in exceptional cases. Other things to note The room is preferably rented to commuters/individuals (also on a longer-term basis) - i.e. guests who go home on the weekend.
