Other things to note By booking this listing, you agree to follow these house rules: 1) Parking & Vehicles: - No large vehicles (like F350 trucks) or visitor parking. - Only mid-sized or small vehicles allowed. - One assigned parking spot per booking. 2) No Parties or Gatherings: - No visitors, parties, or extra gatherings allowed. 3) Shoes Off: - Please remove shoes at the entrance of each floor. 4) Check-Out Time: - Check-out is at 11 am sharp. - A $100 late fee will apply for check-outs after 12 pm. 5) Quiet Hours: - Quiet time is from 8 pm to 7 am. 6) Cleanliness & Waste: - Keep food and eating in the kitchen. - Dispose of smelly leftovers in the outdoor bins, not indoors. - No flushing pads or paper towels down the toilet. - Leave shared areas clean after use. - A $50 cleaning fee will be applied any time we have to clean up after guests. - The house is monitored daily for cleanliness. 7) Damage: -Any damage caused by guests will be deducted from the security deposit. 8) Security & Doors: - Use the back door for entry and exit. The front door is for emergencies only. - Keep building doors locked at all times. - The property is equipped with 24/7 security cameras monitoring outdoor areas. 9) Children: - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. - No running, screaming, or pounding inside the house, on the stairs, or in the driveway. 10) Long-Term Guests: - Long-term guests are responsible for their own supplies, such as paper products, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and coffee. - Water, gas, and electricity usage will be monitored. Extra charges will be deducted from the security deposit if usage exceeds normal levels. Important: Any violation of these rules may result in the termination of your stay and forfeiture of your security deposit. The host reserves the right to enforce these rules.
