The space The apartment is located in a modern, well-maintained residential building completed in 2015, offering contemporary amenities, including a playground in the quiet inner courtyard. The building sits in the middle of the beautiful historic Kalamaja neighborhood. While centrally located, the apartment is on a calm pedestrian street. Free street parking is available, with spots usually easy to find. One of the city’s most charming parks is right outside the door, featuring a great playground. All essential services are within walking distance, including seaside restaurants in Noblessner and excellent public transport connections. The central train station and Fotografiska Art Center are approximately a 15-minute walk away, while the Maritime Museum and KAI Art Centre are less than 10 minutes away. The apartment is kept clean and spotless, and equipped with high-quality bed linen, design furniture, quality kitchenware, and a small Sony TV with Chromecast, allowing you to stream your own content.
