The Old Vicarage NI B&B (The Church Room 2/3)

The Old Vicarage NI B&B is a family run B&B on the East Coast of the the Ards Peninsula, Northern Ireland (NI). We are directly on the Irish seafront providing stunning views from your bedroom. There is ample safe off-road parking within our grounds. Dog are welcome but not within the house. We have good safe secure kennelling within our farmyard. We will personally welcome all our guests with a cup of tea/coffee in the guest lounge. All our rooms are equipped with Tea/coffee making facilities. The space 3x large double bedrooms all with en-suite facilities. The Church Room, a large double bedroom with separate en-suite bathroom provides splendid views over the Irish Sea and to the Church next door. You can further enjoy the view from comfortable soft seating. King sized double bed which can be converted to provide twin singles if required. Our second bedroom - The Harbour Room , an equally large double bedroom with an ensuite shower room/toilet. This room provides unrestricted sea views and to the historic harbour. King sized double bed which can be converted to twin singles if required. Our third bedroom - The Garden Room, yet another large double bedroom providing views of the nearby harbour and our extensive gardens an paddock. Beautifully decorated and furnished room with a king sized double bed. Our Breakfast Room is located on the ground floor with full sea views. Guests have access to our former library- now a guest lounge equipped with a log burner and comfortable seating and TV. Guest access You will stay in one of our private rooms with en-suite facilities equipped with tea/coffee making facilities, a fridge and a large modern TV. During your stay We always endeavour to be on-hand to greet and deal with all our guests.
