Rockpool Cottage - Cosy Old Fisherman's Cottage

Rockpool is a 200 year old fisherman's cottage, set back a few yards from the seafront, with sea views from the front door. It provides all modern comforts, whilst retaining its traditional features. The wood burning stove together with the Rayburn, ensure the cottage is warm and cosy all year round! En-suite bathroom and cloakroom. The space Cosy cottage on 2 floors, with a lounge/dinning area, kitchen area (open plan), double bedroom. Old fire place with log burning stove. Logs provided for the first fire, thereafter available from local garages in Banff, Fraserburgh etc. Raeburn for heating and hot water. Each room has a radiator. Main bedroom has en-suite bath/shower, WC and wash basin. In addition there is a cloakroom on ground floor with WC and wash basin. We provide books, DVD’s (including Local Hero!) and have paintings/local photographs on the walls. All digital channels available on the TV. External shed with washing machine/tumble dryer. Seating on patio. Guest access All letting rooms can be accessed. Other things to note Free parking on street outside the cottage, or in free car park 50 metres away at end of village.
