The space This is one of the apartments in our Parrot's House, located in the central part of Lloret de Mar on Carrer Pare Claret, a 3-minute walk from the sea and the central beach. In this apartment, the windows of both rooms open and have access to a beautiful and spacious loggia, which is enclosed with thick glass and sliding from above. This side of the house is located on a small street with a courtyard, quiet in all seasons and surrounded by new residential buildings. An apartment in the style of modern minimalism has everything you need to live both short-term and long-term: furniture that can be seen in the photo, appliances, including: a 4-burner induction hob, a new oven for those who like to cook and bake, an electric kettle, a refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, all utensils (from a saucepan to a potato knife, glasses and corkscrews are also at your disposal), an automatic washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, a SMART TV connected to the Internet. The plumbing is in good working order and clean. We offer guests clean linens, towels, and blankets. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer and a minimum set of hygiene products (soap, shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper). The air conditioning built into all rooms has several modes: cold, heating, fan, drying, and is easy to operate, so guests can easily and quickly select and turn on the desired mode. The heaters work in both rooms in winter! If necessary, we will provide guests with children with a crib and a chair to eat. Guests are assisted at all times by our representative, who speaks Russian, French, Spanish and Catalan and will provide them with the necessary assistance or additional services by agreement. Please note that smoking is prohibited in this apartment and the maximum number of guests allowed by local law is 4 adults, not counting children!!! 2. According to Law 5/2017 of March 28, 2017, Articles 26, 33, 34 of the Tax Law of Catalonia, guests aged 17 and over are required to pay a temporary residence tax (tourist tax) of 0.90 euros per guest per day, but for no more than 7 days, i.e. if a guest stays for more than 7 days, he/she must pay the tax for 7 days only and no more. The guest can pay the tax in cash upon arrival to the host or through the Airbnb Resolution Center. This law does not apply to long-term rentals. 3. The owner reserves the right to request a security deposit of 100 euros, which will be returned to the guests upon departure if no damage has been caused to the property.
