COUNTRY HOUSE WITH POOL AND FIG TREE

On the borders of Touraine and Poitou, our small country house, carefully restored, is nestled in a small hamlet in the municipality of Antogny le Tillac (37). This is a vacation home where you can enjoy meeting with family or friends to taste rillons and wines from Chinon, melons, cheeses from Sainte Maure… Ideally located between Tours and Poitiers, many castles and vineyards are to be visited in the surroundings and hiking trails are not lacking! The space On the ground floor: entrance, shower room, toilet, boiler room, large living room (30 m2) with fireplace, well-equipped kitchen (20 m2) overlooking a beautiful terrace and a small landscaped garden. On the 1st floor: a landing serves 3 attic bedrooms including 2 smaller ones as well as a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Total living area: 120 m2. Sleeps 6. Central oil heating. On the living room side, you can access a green alley sheltered by a large fig tree that offers a pleasant shaded place in the summer where you can set the table or take a nap. A few meters away, behind the fig tree, the swimming pool (3 m x 8 m) and its terrace, facing southwest, are a space for relaxation and games sheltered from the wind and eyes. A small shed can store garden furniture, some tools and cleaning products for the pool. Other things to note Please note that bath towels (for use in the pool in particular) are not provided in the facilities. Only one small hand towel per person is provided.
