No food or drink allowed. Only in summer. -Check-in is after 3:00 P.M. Check-out time is at 11:00 am at the latest. - NO PAPER OR TOWELS CAN BE THROWN IN THE TOILET, only organic waste. -There are other guests in the common areas, so please respect cleanliness and noise. -Use of the property is exclusively for guests staying in the studio. - The maintenance of the property (swimming pool, lights, etc.) is exclusive to the owners. If there are any issues, please let us know. -It is forbidden to feed cats or other animals, or leave food on the property. -It is forbidden to throw garbage in the street. There are garbage cans where you can leave it, leaving the house to the left and walking 2 minutes. IMPORTANT: -The reservation must be in the name of the guest staying. We do not accept reservations made for third parties. -We apply Airbnb's cancellation policy.
