Studio flat and exclusive pool central St Julians!

My studio apartment is a separate unit. It forms part of a complex of houses in the central area nightlife and entertainment of St Julian's, yet in a quiet residential area. The apartment is located at the basement level and there are several external steps leading to it. It has a fully equipped kitchen, ensuite bathroom and a separate private entrance from the garden and private pool area, all for the use of my guests! The space The studio is fully equipped with aiconditioning for cooling and heating, fully equipped kitchen, sofa and bathroom. Guest access pool area and garden Other things to note The studio is an independent entire space which is in a semi basement area. There are no windows but enough ventilation through a patio door which looks out on to the garden and pool area.
