A bright and comfortable apartment located at 22.0km (~30 mins drive) north of Kota Kinabalu city centre. The location is great for guests who are embarking on a trip to the northern parts of Sabah such as Kudat, Kundasang (Kinabalu Park Unesco World Heritage site), Kota Belud or Tamparuli. It's close proximity to Kota Kinabalu Industrial Park (KKIP) makes it extremely convenient for guests who are on a working trip or on course/training. The space The apartment is equipped with two air-conditioning units except for room 2 which is equipped with a stand fan.  Free coffee is included. Facilities include WiFi connection, TV (11 local channels), refrigerator, cutleries, induction hob, towels, toiletries, hairdryer and etc. Our TV unit is equipped with HDMI & USB input ports and also capable of USB hosting, playing your favourite contents could not be easier. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment and a dedicated covered parking space. Other things to note GYM and Swimming Pool access is chargeable at RM 5.00 per person respectively, payable directly to the management. Please note that our unit is located on the 2nd floor with no elevator. It is therefore unsuitable for wheelchair access and may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues.
