Stand-alone apartment with magnificent panoramic views of Lake Balaton, South coast, Tihany, with 2 separate rooms, private studio kitchen (fridge, stove), bathroom with shower, hallway. Unlimited wifi use with a grill and garden parking. You can also use the shared 60 sqm dining room for up to 12 people with a large equipped kitchen (kettle, dishes, gas stove, microwave, toaster, kitchen utensils, etc.). The price is = 4 people. There are 2 fully secluded, closed, 1st floor apartment for guests, individually closed. Both apartments have two double rooms, which are perfectly secluded from their own entryway, one with a studio kitchen. The bathroom with shower opens from the hallway. The two apartments have panoramic terraces (one for Lake Balaton is lavish, special, and the other has a panoramic view of the mountains). So a total of 8 people can stay in 2 stand-alone apartments, double rooms with separate entrances, and a separate location. (I can make extra beds for 4 extra people! ) Guests have access to unlimited wifi, shaded garden cutlery, a large, long 10-person beer bar with a barbecue, an extra garden table for 6 people, garden armchairs available upon request. For 3 cars, parking in the garden, additional cars are available in front of the house (free of charge). Nearby are shops, shops, covered market halls, supermarkets about 500m away. The Balaton, the beaches, the Tagore promenade is 2000 m. Use of air conditioning optional: 1.500 HUF/ day/apartment, to be paid on site. Smoking is only allowed in the open space, on the terrace, in the garden, NOT in the apartment! The apartment is available from 14:00 and check-out is until 11:00 am - in the event of an early check-in and a later checkout, we have a safe luggage storage for guests.
