Chocolate box cottage romantic hideaway

Comfortable cozy private cottage on the edge of a small village, but a short walk from the famous Fleet Lagoon and Chesil Beach Perfect for a romantic hideaway or unwinding from a stressful life. Dogs are allowed - @ £5 per dog per day (payable cash only payable ON ARRIVAL please) There are great walks along the coastline, but please pick your dog poo up and dispose in the black wheelie bin at the top of the drive. Logs/kindling/firelighter/matches, available at £10 per basket -up to May. The space It is a holiday home, and there is everything that makes it a home from home stay. The bed is a king-size, but restrictive headroom in the eaves. All modern conveniences in the kitchen and well stocked with many extras. There is a dishwasher, fridge/freezer/microwave There is a DVD player. Please supply your own CD. Due to Covid I no longer supply hand towels or bath towels.- Please bring your own. Kitchen- tea towel, oven glove, etc. are provided. This is a SELF CATERING cottage, so please bring your own food supplies and essentials. I supply semi-skimmed milk for a cup of tea on arrival with fresh cakes after your journey. The local shop is 3 miles away and supermarkets within 4 miles Due to the huge increase in electricity please turn the lights off when not in the room. A delivery service can be arranged and I am more than happy to put food away in the fridge/freezer. Heating starts in October and is on a timer during the day. Extra heating will be charged if it is required all day and night. The heating is turned off in May unless the weather is extreme. This is my home so please respect that fact and leave it as you found it CLEAN AND TIDY. Any damage must be paid for or taken from the damage deposit. Please recycle your bottles in the small green bin and paper, tins, and heavy plastic in the fawn square bin which is located on the right-hand side of the property. Thank you Guest access Guests have access to the entire cottage and garden with plenty of private off-road parking. There is further seating behind the stable block in an enclosed paddock area, where dogs can be let off their lead. You will however be expected to pick up after your dog and put in the bin at the top of the driveway. Other things to note Guests are allowed to bring their dog, but a cost of £5 per day per dog (for extra cleaning of the cottage) Strict rules apply - No dogs upstairs or on furniture. No dogs are to be left alone in the cottage. Outside the cottage, dogs must be on a lead due to the two x racehorses. There is a fenced garden to let your dog have a wonder, but it is also for guests to enjoy sitting out in the sun chairs. Guests are requested to recycle as much as possible in the various bins outside the cottage. Green small bin for glass and glass bottles.
