Welcome to the foot of the Alps🎿🛷💐☃️🌞 The space On the 3rd right on the landing, I offer a bedroom with a double bed (140), a large closet with storage and an oak desk. Wi-Fi and fiber optics are offered upon arrival. Kitchenette, living room, TV, dining room with balcony (for smoking or drinking coffee) allow you to have breakfast, cook and relax, in peace. Finally, air conditioning ensures a cool atmosphere in summer. Guest access My place is on the 3rd floor, 5 minutes from tram B or bus C2, Sablons stop. Grenoble station is 15 minutes away by tram B. You can also come by the A41 highway - hospital exit 300 m away. You can park for free on the streets and tie your bike in front of the building or secure it in the bike garage. During your stay Before your arrival, I will give you the access code for the building, located on the 3rd floor without elevator. I'll give you the keys after you get settled in. Guests participate in cleaning, sort and dispose of garbage, and leave the apartment clean on a daily basis. Before departure, a point is made, the vacuum cleaner is to be used and the bedding is to be put in the machine please. Enjoy your stay! You can go swimming by bike or bus in the valley and visit the waterfalls. The 4 lakes of Laffrey, Monteynard, and Paladru are nearby.
