Covid-vaccination and illness free. We are immunocompromised and this is our home. This is an 1825 old farmstead we are attempting to bring to life. She requires regular maintenance so be aware, luxury can be interrupted by breakages. Pleasant rooms with lots of comfort for your convenience. This is our home, we need to make sure we are here to show you around The space This is a perfect location. Close to necessities and all activities. There are 2 State parks on this peninsula. We are on the St. George river and a major bike route . The Fort Point park and trail are next door. We have a fire pit in the back yard with wood for evening fires. Public boat launches are 3, 5 or 7 miles away. This reservation entitles you to the whole upstairs of our home. This includes two full bedrooms with 2 full beds and one single pull out bed. You have access to the upstairs bathroom and our community room, which has reading chair and work table. There is also a small kitchen area with a small fridge, hot plate and cups and coffee, teas and supplies. Please be sure to inform us if you require the extra pull out bed to be set up prior to arrival. Also, there is an extra fee for the set up There is an additional charge for more then 4 people. Also an additional charge for an oversized vehicle or more than one vehicle If you are an Airbnb Host or other social media host, please send me your link upon reserving and we will work out a discount for your stay. If you require the pull out bed, be aware there is an extra charge on site and it Must be Reserved prior to arrival. If you would like only one room, please review Emmalyne or Emmalyne II or a campsite at Moonlight Garrdens Guest access Your reservation is for the complete upstairs of our home. You will have a separate entrance from the main part of the house. An extra bathroom is downstairs to share with us, as well as laundry facilities, if needed. We will be home to show you around but if you wish to be alone, we can accommodate. We love being tour guides, as well During your stay We will be available to greet you and love being your guide, if needed. We welcome your company for meals, when we are home. Plus, we love introducing those who have not experienced the true essence of Maine lobster from the dock. Other things to note Again this is an old house with the usual old house quirks. Don't be surprised if ongoing repairs are happening during your stay. We cannot guarantee everything is working properly during your stay, but most likely everything will function as it should.
