Three bedroom townhouse which is located on bus route in Downtown Sherwood Park beside Broadmoor Lake Park. Less than 7 minute walk to mall, County Hall, and Festival Place. Bus route takes you to the Bethel Terminal with direct access to Downtown Edmonton and the University of Alberta. A 10 minute drive to mod yards north of Sherwood Park. You will have access to kitchen also so you can cook your own meals. To make it easier to find my place, you will find the Airbnb logo in the window. The space A three bedroom condo which is on a bus route that takes you to both bus stations in Sherwood Park. My place is off the main road and quiet. It backs off a local park with two large lakes which are nice to walk around. Please Note: There is construction happening right behind my unit. The construction will not make it suitable for someone working night shift. Guest access Guest will have access to my entire unit except for the master bedroom. A portion of the fridge and pantry is be made available to guest. During your stay I am willing to interact with guest as much as they would like. I have hung out with guest in the past and also allowed them to have quiet time in their room. Other things to note Feel free to ask me any questions you would like.
